What Is an HVAC/R Apprenticeship Program?

Our apprenticeship program is built for HVAC professionals who want to grow in the field while gaining the knowledge and credentials needed to become a certified HVAC journeyman.

Through a combination of classroom instruction and real-world application, students will develop the technical expertise and confidence needed to succeed in today’s competitive industry.

How Do I Qualify?

To be eligible for the HVAC/R Apprenticeship Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pass the CASAS exam with a qualifying score
• Be employed full-time in the HVAC field
• Work under the supervision of a licensed professional
• Have an employer or union sponsor
